Wow... They will strike for any opportunity to celebrate..
So the whole team.. around 10 persons were gathering, had some wine and snacks...chit chating...
To think about it, I have been working here since long time ago.... it has been already...
60...DAYS!!!
There are something I have discovered about germans...and I'd like to discuss here.
NOTE: LOGICAL DEDUCTION IS BEING APPLIED IN THIS DISCUSSION
ASSUMPTION:
i) this small sample of specimens(my german colleagues) represents all germans in Germany
ii) Assume that this is not my 1st time engaging in a working world.
iii) Assume that what ever I say, is correct
iv) If my assumption is wrong, please refer to assumption (iii)
I find that working in Germany is pretty relaxing, because they have lots of free time. Working hour per day 7 hours. And the time to start working and go home is flexible, as long as they fulfill their 7 hours quota, one month 140 hours. So.. this is what the germans have been doing..
They will work as long as they can to fulfill 140 hours within the 1st 2 weeks then they can have long "weekends" holidays. In addition, they have 30 days per year annual leave and there are some leave which they will get paid double. The attendant of the workers in the office is always less than 60%.
Conclusion: Germany encourages holidays.

hmmmm du musst nicht mit den Ingenieuren arbeiten!! Es gibt keine Party bei mir... leider nur Arbeit, Arbeit, und Arbeit. Bei uns muessen die Ingenieure 40 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten, und muessen zwischen 8:30 und 3:15 arbeiten. Vielleicht machen wir keine Party, weil wir nur eine Frau in unserer Abteilung haben. Naja... gleiches Land, ganze unterschiedliche Arbeitsumgebung!
Das ist schade.....Aber es is ok... auch nicht so besonderes..
Heute haben wir noch mal fuer den Freitag gefeiert. Heute gab es Sekt, Orangensaft, schokolade mit Alkohol usw.
Im Buero gibt es anderen PRaktikant, ueber den ich schon erzaehlt habe. Aber er ist unter anderen Chef, deshalb war er nicht auf der kleinen Party...
Vielleicht habt ihr andere Sachen zu machen. :D
