WOW!!! I havent experienced before to breathe to freely through my nose!! It is amazing....
Now I feel so comfortable breathing...
Besides, I just realised one thing.... Does anyone know how is the number "5" in cantonese read?
You have to close your mouth and say "NGM.." (something like that) and let the air flow out through nose.
All the time since young till before the operation, I actually found it hard to say that word as the air couldnt flow out through my nose easily.
Now finally I can say that word clearly and soundly!!!HAHAHA
